Winton (B.V.I.) Limited ("Winton") is an investment holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under the International Business Companies Ordinance (No. 8 of 1984).

Winton is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Public Financial Holdings Limited ("Public Financial"), the shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code : 626).

The ultimate holding company of Winton is Public Bank Berhad, a commercial bank in Malaysia, the shares of which are listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (formerly known as "Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange").
