Assistant Manager, Applications Development
Job Duties
  • Assist the Department Head to oversee the Applications Development team for performing functions such as application development, database design and support, etc.

  • Supervise the team members in analyzing user requirements, conducting system design and programming, implementing system enhancements, and preparing system documentations

  • Lead and manage various projects

Requirements
  • University degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years experience in applications development of which minimum 3 years in managerial role preferably gained in banking and finance industry
  • Be proficient in database design and project management
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and well under pressure
Assistant Marketing Manager (Hire Purchase & Leasing / Equipment Financing)
Job Duties
  • To source financing business (major for SME) from dealers / suppliers
  • To prepare credit proposals
  • To provide good customer services to clients
Requirements
  • 5 years of marketing experience in Hire Purchase & Leasing / Equipment Financing
  • Connection with dealers / suppliers is preferable

Compliance Officer
Job Duties
  • Assist the Compliance Manager in reviewing policies and standards
  • Assist in studying the new regulations or consultation papers issued by regulatory bodies, and reviewing the systems and processes of the Company
  • Assist in conduct compliance monitoring
  • Assist to prepare compliance reports for management review
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years practical experience in compliance or auditing
  • Knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements from regulatory bodies including HKMA and SFC is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English 
  • Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

Relief Branch Manager(s)
Job Duties
  • Perform relief / acting duties in branch, assisting Branch Manager to manage the operations of the branch such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products to clients, branch administration, etc
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in banking / finance industry of which 3 years at supervisory level
  • Experienced in preparing credit proposal or promoting banking / financial products e.g. personal loan, credit card, etc
  • Result-oriented, energetic, mature with good communication skills
Assistant Manager (Branch Operations)
Job Duties
  • Lead a small team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties in branch, and handle consumer loan applications
  • Deal with Direct Sales Team and assist the branch to achieve business target
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 5 years experience in consumer lending of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated and energetic
