Relief Branch Manager(s)
Job Duties
  • Perform relief / acting duties in branches and assist to manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products, etc.
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in banking / finance industry of which 3 years at supervisory level
  • Experienced in preparing credit proposal or promoting banking / financial products e.g. personal loan, credit card, etc
  • Result-oriented, energetic, mature with good communication skills
Customer Service Representatives – Local Loan Branch
Job Duties
  • To perform customer service and administrative duties in branch

Job Duties
  • Supervise the Operation Team of the Property Mortgage Department and oversee the operations such as mortgage loan application and its processing, documentation review and checking, drawdown, disbursement, redemption and repayment, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to achieve job targets, e.g. solicitors, internal marketing staff, property agencies, etc.
  • Review and update property mortgage related policies/guidelines/workflows to ensure all relevant regulatory requirements and Company policies/guidelines are strictly adhered in the daily operation of the department
  • Handle legal action of delinquent mortgage loan accounts.
  • Prepare various management reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma holders or above
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Property Mortgage loan operations of which 3 years at supervisory level

Job Duties
